🪪 Eligibility Window for Returns

Reason for Return Return/Exchange Window
No-reason return/change of mind Within 7 days of delivery
Damaged, defective, or wrong item received Within 10 days of delivery
Size issue (exchange for a different size) Within 15 days of delivery

❗ Items Not Eligible

For hygiene and print-on-demand reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original tags/packaging

  • Customized/personalized prints

  • Gift cards, discounts, free items

📦 Return/Exchange Process

To request a return, email us at support@wearamura.com

 with:

  1. Order ID

  2. Reason for return

  3. Photo(s) of the product received (if damaged/defective)

We will guide you through the next steps.

💰 Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code, or

  • Original Payment Method (in select cases)

Refund processing: 5–7 business days after product inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is damaged/defective/wrong, we cover the return shipping.

  • For no-reason returns & size exchanges – Customer pays return courier charges.
